This sausage was made for the turn of the Millennium. It soon became a firm favourite with our customers and is now a top seller. Fresh pork, ginger, coriander and garlic makes this one a winner. Our Millennium Sausages are made using all fresh ingredients. Hand made using age old skills passed down from generation to generation we take pride in keeping the trade skills alive.
